Oleg hi, when I mentioned the battle between ERP and PLM, I meant the cultural battle – which I addressed in many of my posts – like Where is the MBOM – I know it is an on-going discussion, coming up several times in various forums. Technology or methodology is not the issue – it is the people that need to be ready for change

There is one thing, that I think, is missed in your story and this is about manufacturing processes and way to manage ECO/ECR across the organization. In this situation process is crossing PLM and ERP system. What is your view on that?
